Every piece is made to order by hand in Mansfield, Texas. Production takes 2–5 business days (3–7 during peak seasons), then transit is 3–5 business days in the U.S. International delivery runs 7–21 business days depending on destination.
Shipping is free on every U.S. order. No minimum, no threshold.
Returns — the 60-Day Bull Ride
Carry it for 60 days. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund. It does not need to be unused or in original packaging.
Returns are free. We send a prepaid return label for any U.S. order, so a return costs you nothing either direction. No restocking fee. International customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong thing.
The No Bull Guarantee is separate: if a product fails because of how it was made, we fix it or replace it.
