Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Free shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum. International shipping is carrier-calculated. Made to order in Mansfield, Texas — production 2–5 business days (3–7 in peak season), then 3–5 business days in U.S. transit.
Returns — the 60-Day Bull Ride: Carry it for 60 days. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund. It does not need to be unused or in its original packaging. Returns are free — we send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders, so it costs you nothing either direction. No restocking fee.
