What the No Bull Guarantee covers
- Lifetime craftsmanship. If a stitch fails, an edge cracks, or any structural defect appears from normal use — we will repair or replace it, at no charge.
- 60-Day Bull Ride Trial. Carry it for 60 days. If you do not love it, send it back for a full refund. No questions, no restocking fees.
- Real leather only. If a product is ever proven not to be the full-grain American leather we promised, your money back, period.

Email contact@bullsheathleather.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within one business day.
What is not covered
Normal aging, patina development, scratches from daily use, or damage from misuse (cutting, burning, leaving submerged in water). Leather is a natural material — it gets better with age. That is a feature, not a defect.
