Every Bull Sheath Leather product is handmade in our Mansfield, Texas workshop and hand-sewn on leather sewing machines. Our wallets and badge cases use full-grain American leather from Horween in Chicago. Our belts use oak-bark tanned leather from J&FJ Baker in England, one of the oldest working tanneries in the world. We stand behind every piece for life.
What the No Bull Guarantee covers
- Lifetime craftsmanship. If a stitch fails, an edge cracks, or any structural defect appears from normal use — we will repair or replace it, at no charge.
- 60-Day Bull Ride. Carry it for 60 days. If you do not love it, send it back for a full refund. Returns are free — we send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders, so it costs you nothing either direction. No questions, no restocking fees. International customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong thing.
- Real leather only. If a product is ever proven not to be the leather we promised, your money back, period.
What's final sale
Only three things: a monogram or initials, a name or special note, and a custom badge cutout. Once a piece is marked for one person or cut to one badge, nobody else can carry it. If we made the mistake — a defect, a wrong engraving, a cutout that doesn't fit — we repair or replace it regardless. Final sale never covers our error.

Email contact@bullsheathleather.com or call (817) 239-2540 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We respond within one business day.
What is not covered
Normal aging, patina development, scratches from daily use, or damage from misuse (cutting, burning, leaving submerged in water). Leather is a natural material — it gets better with age. That is a feature, not a defect.
