For Christmas delivery in the U.S., order by December 17, including personalized gifts. For orders outside the Christmas season, production takes 2–5 business days, then U.S. standard transit takes 3–5 business days.

For items without customization, take 60 days to make sure it’s the right fit. If it isn’t, send it back. Anything customized for you is final sale because we can’t resell a piece made or marked for one person.
