Items do not need to be unused or in original packaging. Carry is the point.
Return shipping is free
We send you a prepaid return label for any U.S. order. You pay nothing to send it back, and shipping was free on the way out, so a U.S. return costs you nothing in either direction. There is no restocking fee.
International orders: return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong thing — then we cover it.
How to start a return
Email contact@bullsheathleather.com or call (817) 239-2540 with your order number and the reason. We will send a Return Authorization and, for U.S. orders, a prepaid return label. Ship to:

What is final sale
Three things, and only three:
- A monogram or initials
- A name or a special note
- A custom badge cutout
Once we cut a badge opening to your department's shape or put your name on a piece, nobody else can carry it. That is the only reason those are final.
If we got it wrong, that is on us. A defect, a mistake in your engraving, or a badge cutout that does not fit the badge you specified — we repair or replace it, monogrammed or not. Final sale never means you are stuck with our error.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.
The No Bull Guarantee (separate promise)
If there is a defect or a problem with how the product was made, we fix it or replace it. No hoops. No bull. That promise is not a 60-day window.
