01How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Every wallet is built when you order it. We don't sit on stock. Standard production runs 2–3 business days in our Mansfield workshop, plus 2–4 days in transit anywhere in the U.S.
Personalized pieces (monogram, embossing, custom slot configurations) add another 2–3 days to production. We'll always email you a tracking number the moment it ships.

02When do I get free shipping?
U.S. orders $175 and over ship free. Below that, flat-rate shipping is $8.95 — most wallets arrive in 2–4 business days.
Shipping internationally? We ship worldwide via USPS and DHL. Rates calculate at checkout.
03Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Every time. We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at standard domestic rates — no extra charge for our deployed brothers and sisters.

01What's your return policy?
60-day Bull Ride. If you don't love it, send it back. Full refund. No hoops, no restocking fee.
Personalized pieces are non-returnable unless there's a defect — in which case we'll fix or replace it under the No Bull Guarantee.
02What's covered under the No Bull Guarantee?
Any failure of materials or craftsmanship. Forever. If a stitch comes loose, an edge cracks, or hardware fails — we'll fix or replace it free.
Normal wear (patina, surface scratches) isn't covered because that's the leather doing what leather does.

How and what we make in the Mansfield workshop.
01What kind of leather do you use?
Full-grain American cowhide from U.S. tanneries. Vegetable-tanned. Never bonded, never imported, never pretending.
02Why saddle-stitching?
Two needles working in opposite directions through every hole. If one stitch fails, the others stay locked in place. A machine-stitched wallet unravels at the first broken thread. Saddle-stitching is the strongest hand stitch in leatherwork.

01Can I add a monogram or engraving?
Most products support up to 4-character engraving. Look for the personalization options on the product page.
For custom requests beyond what's offered (longer text, special placement, etc.) email us with details.
02Do you do bulk / corporate orders?
Yes. Reach out with quantity, style, and personalization details. We'll have a quote back in 1–2 business days.

How to keep your wallet looking sharp for decades.
01How do I care for my wallet?
Less than you think. Keep it dry. If it gets wet, blot it and let it air dry — never use heat. A dab of leather conditioner once or twice a year is plenty.
02What size cards fit?
Standard credit card size (CR80 — 3.37" × 2.13"). All major U.S. credit cards, driver's licenses, and most loyalty cards fit perfectly.
