01How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Every wallet is built when you order it. We don't sit on stock. Standard production runs 2–5 business days in our Mansfield workshop, plus 3–5 days in transit anywhere in the U.S.
Personalized pieces (monogram, embossing, custom slot configurations) add another 3–5 days to production. We'll always email you a tracking number the moment it ships.

02When do I get free shipping?
Every U.S. order ships free. Production is 2–5 business days; transit is 3–5 business days.
Shipping internationally? We ship worldwide via USPS and DHL. Rates calculate at checkout.
03Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Every time. We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses at standard domestic rates — no extra charge for our deployed brothers and sisters.

01What's your return policy?
60-day Bull Ride. If you don't love it, send it back. Full refund. No hoops, no restocking fee.
Personalized pieces are non-returnable unless there's a defect — in which case we'll fix or replace it under the No Bull Guarantee.
02What's covered under the No Bull Guarantee?
Any failure of materials or craftsmanship. Forever. If a stitch comes loose, an edge cracks, or hardware fails — we'll fix or replace it free.
Normal wear (patina, surface scratches) isn't covered because that's the leather doing what leather does.

How and what we make in the Mansfield workshop.
01What kind of leather do you use?
Full-grain American cowhide. Vegetable-tanned. Never bonded. We name the tannery when it is verified for that product.
02How are your wallets stitched?
Every piece is sewn on a leather sewing machine, one at a time, right here in Mansfield, Texas. A person runs the machine. Custom hand-stitch is offered when you request it. Tight, even seams that are built to hold for years. No glued seams, no bonded-leather shortcuts, no assembly line — just full-grain leather sewn to last.

Monograms, special requests, and bulk orders.
01Can I add a monogram or engraving?
Most products support paid Custom Monogramming — typically up to 4 characters. Look for the personalization option on the product page. It is a paid add-on, not included.
For custom requests beyond what's offered (longer text, special placement, etc.) email us with details.
02Do you do bulk / corporate orders?
Yes. Reach out with quantity, style, and personalization details. We'll have a quote back in 1–2 business days.

How to keep your wallet looking sharp for decades.
01How do I care for my wallet?
Less than you think. Keep it dry. If it gets wet, blot it and let it air dry — never use heat. A dab of leather conditioner once or twice a year is plenty.
02What size cards fit?
Standard credit card size (CR80 — 3.37" × 2.13"). All major U.S. credit cards, driver's licenses, and most loyalty cards fit perfectly.
