This company was amazing!! I miss typed the Bible verse numbers and they called me directly to make me aware, then corrected them. Small things like that, when it comes to custom items is 100% top tier customer service! The quality is spectacular and the badge cut out was spot on. My father in law loves it! Highly recommend!

I’ve been on the job for eight years got numerous union gifted wallets with the perfect cut out so to speak and they were all garbage. This wallet is absolutely perfect. It fits all my cards, my ID cards and my badge with the exact perfect cut out. I don’t have to worry about the badge, wobbling or wiggling or falling out of the cut. It is the perfect wallet. I will never need another wallet after this 10 out of 10 will buy again, but I don’t have to.

I heard about them a few years ago from a fellow LEO. I was looking for something that held cards, ID, cash, and my off duty carry badge. Placed my order, got the email the next day for the badge cutout. It was very easy to do. The quality of this wallet is like nothing I’ve ever seen. The richness of the leather, the stitching, all worth the price. I have no doubt in my mind this wallet will last a lifetime. I paid extra for the initials, glad I did. So subtle, I forgot about it for the first few days I had the wallet. It was like Christmas when I noticed my initials in the corner.
This wallet is exactly what I was looking for. It looks great, is handcrafted, and holds everything I need on a daily basis. Wallets that hold a badge and other items are few and far between in the handmade market. This is an amazing product!

I want to start by saying that I am extremely impressed with the overall quality of this wallet. The material is exceptionally nice, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the design is clean, professional, and very well put together. It is obvious that a lot of thought and attention to detail went into making this product. That being said, I do have two concerns that I hope might be helpful as you continue developing and improving your products. First, I would really like to see additional storage options. I carry several important cards and forms of identification, including both my driver’s license and my law enforcement identification. Unfortunately, there simply aren't enough dedicated areas to comfortably and securely carry everything I need. An additional card slot or two, along with a dedicated ID window that can accommodate more than one identification card, would make this wallet much more functional for someone in my line of work. My second concern is with the ID slot and the badge compartment. I really like the concept of having the ID positioned in a way that also serves as a cover for the badge. However, in actual everyday use, I found that the ID is constantly pressed against the metal badge when the wallet is closed and carried in my pocket. Over time, this caused the ID to become deformed, and I ultimately had to send it in for a replacement. I think adding a slightly thicker protective partition between the ID and badge, or redesigning that area so the ID has its own protected space, would solve the problem while still maintaining the overall look and functionality of the wallet. Other than those two issues, I have been very pleased with the wallet. The quality is excellent, and I genuinely like the design. I think there is an opportunity to make an already great product even better by creating a version specifically designed for people who need to carry multiple forms of identification, cards, and a badge on a daily basis. If you ever develop an upgraded version with additional card capacity, a dedicated space for both a driver’s license and law enforcement identification, and better protection between the ID and metal badge, I would definitely be interested in trying it. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to provide honest feedback. I hope my experience is helpful as you continue improving your products. I would be happy to see a future version that incorporates some of these ideas, because I believe it could make an already high-quality wallet even more useful for law enforcement and other professionals who have specialized identification and carry needs.
