Shipping & Returns
Shipping: Free shipping on every U.S. order, no minimum. International shipping is carrier-calculated. Made to order in Mansfield, Texas — production 2–5 business days (3–7 in peak season), then 3–5 business days in U.S. transit.
Returns — the 60-Day Bull Ride: Carry it for 60 days. If it isn't right, send it back for a full refund. It does not need to be unused or in its original packaging. Returns are free — we send a prepaid return label for U.S. orders, so it costs you nothing either direction. No restocking fee. International customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong thing.
Final sale applies to anything customized for you: a monogram or initials, a name or special note, a custom badge cutout, a Custom ID Holder, custom engraving (a logo, an image, or a phone number), custom stitching, or custom work we quote by email — once a piece is made or marked for one person we can't sell it to anyone else. If we made the mistake, we repair or replace it regardless.
