Standard: 4–6 weeks from approved proof to your dock. Rush production for orders under 100 units is 14 days for a 15% expedite fee. We block production calendar when you submit a deposit, not when you sign the quote — so reserve your slot early in Q4.

Logos (vector preferred — .ai, .eps, or .pdf), department insignia, oath text, signatures, retirement dates, badge numbers, or a name. We laser the impression and hand-burnish the foil. You'll get a digital proof and, on orders over 100, a physical sample on production leather before we go to volume.

Yes. Send us a CSV of names, addresses, and (optionally) a personalized message line per recipient — we handle the rest. Each piece ships in its own box with a handwritten card from the bench. Recipients see your brand on the tracking, not ours.

Same as our retail line. If a stitch pops, an edge separates, or hardware fails — ever — we fix it on Ernie's bench, no receipt needed. We've taken back wallets that were five years deep into a back pocket. No BULL.

Net-30 for repeat corporate accounts (3+ orders) and pre-approved agencies. We're set up for ACH, wire, and purchase order workflows. W-9 and current insurance certificate available on request. We do not work with third-party fulfillment platforms — every order is direct.
