Can I return a customized wallet?
No. Customized wallets are final sale, because once a wallet is made for you nobody else can carry it. That never covers our own mistakes: if we make an error, we fix it or replace it.
Can I return a wallet that is not customized?
Yes. A wallet with no customization ships with our standard return window. Only customized wallets are final sale, because a customized wallet is made for one person. Read the return policy.

How long does a custom wallet take?
